Scallops, roasted mooli, pickled kohlrabi, peanut puree (Supplement £1.50)

Cerney Ash goats cheese, heritage beetroots, saffron pears, walnuts, sourdough crisps

Rack of lamb, shepherd’s pie, creamed cabbage, rosemary jus

Treacle cured wild duck breast, braised leg, potato rosti, pumpkin, ginger bread, rhubarb
