Three course menu and pre-dinner nibble £31.95 per person / Three course vegetarian menu and taster soup £27.95

If you would prefer one or two courses, individual prices are; Starters £7.95, Main courses £18.95 (vegetarian £14.95) and Desserts £6.95

Ham hock and Guinea Fowl terrine, scampi fritter, parsnip puree

Partridge breast, roasted pear, Christmas stuffing

Stuffed chicken thigh, pumpkin, roasted almonds, apple & vanilla puree

Scallops, roasted mooli, pickled kohlrabi, peanut puree (Supplement £1.50)

Stilton panna cotta, beetroot, apple, walnut, celery


Venison loin, chocolate ganache, potato croquette, figs, Brussels sprout choucroute

Pork belly, pig cheek ravioli, black pudding, crushed turnip, sour grapefruit gel

Ballotineof turkey, chestnut puree, roast potatoes, all the trimmings

Fillet steak, potato fondant, oxtail, pearl onions, butternut squash (supplement £2.50)

Hake, parmesan crust, smoked mussel chowder, pink fir potatoes, dill pollen

Spinach gnocchi, wild mushrooms, pinenuts, artichoke, salsify

Optional sides £3.25 spinach, sticky red cabbage, roast potatoes, rocket and tomato salad
