Trainee / Commis Chef

Five star, 11 bedroom inn with a rosette restaurant situated on the borders of Lancashire, Cumbria and the Yorkshire Dales.

Serving approximately 30 lunches and 30 dinners each day and 60 lunches and 50 dinners at weekends.

Some experience of larder and dessert would be preferred but all training will be given on the job, minimum of 25 hours a week to include weekends and holiday cover when required.

Pay dependent upon experience.
