Group Bookings of 4 Rooms
A 50% deposit is required for bookings of 4 rooms. 35% at the time of booking and the remaining 15% being taken 8 weeks of the arrival date.
Group Bookings of 5 or more rooms.
This is the same policy as above with the remaining balance of the rooms being paid 28 days prior to arrival.
For any group booking, 1 night stay, dinner will be taken on the first night and a charge of £34 per person will apply and the room rate will be calculated to dinner, bed & breakfast.
For any group booking, 2 night stay, dinner will be taken on at least one night, based on the guests needs the rates will be calcualted accordingly. For example we may be able to offer a bespoke menu for the group.
For any group booking, 3 night stay, dinner will be taken on at least two nights, based on the guests needs the rates will be calculated accordingly. For example we may be able to offer a bespoke menu for the group.
Cancellation terms for group bookings:
The final date for cancellation of any group without penalty is 60 days prior to the arrival date.
If any of the rooms are cancelled within this 60 day period the full room rate of the room(s) will be charged. If however we are able to re-sell the room then the charge will be refunded. Should we sell at a reduced rate because of short lead time only this rate will be refunded.
