*Assistant Food & Beverage manager

To join us and support our team deliver a high standard of professional and friendly service to all of our guests

A natural ability to offer a warm and friendly welcome to all our guests and to remember the individual preferences of regular guests is essential along with a back ground in food and drink service.

A knowledge of food and wine is essential and a willingness to develop your skills in this area will help to secure your development.

Role requires some multi-tasking as we are a small Inn, preparing and running the evening restaurant service, helping on the bar, provide table service and food service, order taking, cash handling, telephone bookings, check in and check out and a variety of other tasks critical to the smooth running of the Inn.

As a manager you will be required sleep over as part of our supervisory roster normally just once per week and this task is shared by the team

Shifts are varied and include weekend work.

*Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced chef who wants to develop their career and would like to join our team to prepare food for our award winning restaurant and busy bar

We have a busy kitchen serving breakfast, lunch and dinner each day.

This five star inn has eleven bedrooms, AA 2 Rosette standard restaurant and bar.

A full-time position working five days per week, straight shifts.

Good technical skills and experience are essential, you will be coached by our Head Chef to provide you with the skills to set up and prepare for breakfast and lunch service and help with the preparation and service of our evening a la carte menu. You will gain new skills and experience that will prepare you for a senior role.

Be ready and willing to learn under the guidance of our multi ward winning head chef.
